After a few months of hard work, the iOS app has been submitted for review to the Apple store. This process ensures that all apps meet a certain quality standard and it protects the user from malicious software.
For Android the process is a bit different. The submission is not reviewed and the app can therefore be online in a matter of a few hours. Android users rely on peer reviews, ratings and rankings to check that an app is good and it's not going to damage their device.
Which process do you think is best? Do you feel protected by knowing that apps undergo a tough quality check? Do you think that generally apps on the Apple store are of better quality than those on the Android market? We will remain neutral and refrain to express what we really think :-)
